We're looking for highly motivated, personable and enthusiastic Front of House team members and Baristas to join our wonderful existing team.

With a genuine passion for people, outstanding coffee and quality food, you'll take pride in creating memorable customer experiences, building relationships with our locals and visitors, and contributing to the vibrant atmosphere that makes Althea special.

About the role

- Deliver warm, attentive and exceptional customer service.
- Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee and beverages.
- Confidently showcase and recommend our range of artisan breads, pastries and other products.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness and organisation.




- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Take initiative, contribute positively to the team and help drive sales.

About you

- Friendly, confident and naturally personable, with a genuine love for hospitality.
- Passionate about great coffee, quality food and customer experiences.
- Positive, reliable and enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- A team player who takes pride in the little details.
- Previous hospitality or barista experience is highly regarded, although a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
