Job Description

Reporting to the Group General Manager, you will have full responsibility for the operational and commercial performance of this multifaceted hospitality destination.

With an established team in place, you will focus on driving profitability, developing your people and identifying opportunities to further strengthen the business.

Key responsibilities include:

- Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, gaming and events.
- Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost management and revenue growth.
- Lead,



mentor and develop a high-performing management team.
- Identify opportunities to improve the guest experience and overall business performance.
- Build strong relationships with the local community and key stakeholders.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced hospitality leader with strong commercial acumen, a hands-on management style and the ability to lead a diverse operation.

You will bring:

- Proven leadership experience within hotels, pubs, resorts or large hospitality venues.
- Solid financial management skills, including P&L; responsibility.
- Experience managing and developing teams across multiple departments.
- A practical, solutions-focused approach to operational management.
- A genuine interest in regional hospitality and the lifestyle opportunities it offers.

Experience across accommodation and gaming operations will be highly regarded, although candidates with strong transferable hospitality management experience are encouraged to apply.
