We are currently seeking a current IT Support Officer to join our client’s team based in Muswellbrook. Reporting to the IT Manager, this role is the first point of contact for staff needing day‑to‑day technology support, and is responsible for ensuring that all devices, systems and tools work reliably, supporting the stable operation of core IT systems and services.

Duties include:

- Device provisioning (build → user setup → handover)
- Ticket management using ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Asset handling and CMDB record updates
- End-user setup and handover support

Core Capabilities

- Microsoft Autopilot - Device builds, resets, and redeployments
- Microsoft Intune - Device enrolment - Application and configuration deployment
- Active Directory - User and device management
- Microsoft Office - User setup and support (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Microsoft OneDrive - User access and file setup

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong communication
- Effective time management
- Ability to work efficiently across multiple devices during rollout
