The excitement of taking the best produce at the right time of year and turning it into something beautiful to enjoy. Provenance and sustainability are important to us, showcased in our seasonal menu that changes weekly from the chefs next door at Old Palm Liquor as well as the Da Paolo pizza kitchen from inside the bar.

This philosophy carries over to our wine list that leans into smaller growers and boutique winemakers, as well as lo-fi and minimal intervention practices. Our beverage offering is rounded out with a strong 8+ beers on tap, and a punchy classic cocktail list.

Our service is polished but relaxed in a busy bar that emphasises atmosphere and approachability, and services a broad range of the Brunswick East community.

You will...

- Lead and support the bar team throughout busy services.
- Maintain standards across wine, beer, cocktail, and food service.
- Support bar operations through opening, closing, and overseeing the venue.
- Train and develop Food & Beverage staff though hands-on coaching.
- Work intimately with the Old Palm Liquor teams next door to manage stock control, ordering, wastage, and maintaining seamless guest experiences.

You don’t have to be a ready-made manager or wine expert to be considered for this role. If you’re experienced as a duty manager or front of house shift leader with a desire to learn management, and passionate about wine and food, we can teach you the rest.
