Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bar Attendant to join our team. As a Bar Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our patrons, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome customers, taking orders and serving beverages promptly and accurately.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, following recipes and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or complaints.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, processing payments and providing change as needed.
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and staff.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure productive operations and exceptional customer service.
- Stay updated on current beverage trends and menu offerings to provide an enhanced experience for customers.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
- Knowledge of various alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, including their ingredients and preparation methods.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or licenses.

- Take and prepare drink orders quickly and accurately through promptly taking customer orders and crafting beverages with precision following standard recipes and portions.
- Maintain knowledge of beverage menu offerings and mixology.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the bar area, maintaining a well‑stocked bar space by properly cleaning and storing glassware, tools, and supplies throughout your shift.
- Deliver friendly, efficient service to all guests and provide a high level of customer service to create an exceptional experience.
- Adhere to health, safety, and liquor service protocols by following all food safety rules, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and other policies and procedures.
