Job Description

Protech is seeking experienced and reliable Duct Installers to join a brand-new EBA construction project based in St Lucia, QLD 4067 . This project offerstop-tier EBA pay rates, site allowances, and the opportunity to work with a leading HVAC team.

Mechanical Plumbers, Refrigeration Mechanics, and other experienced HVAC trades.

ABOUT THE ROLE n

n
- Immediate starts with additional projects kicking off over the coming months
n
- $80.21/hr (EBA Project)
n
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm
n
- Overtime penalties and site allowances apply
n
- Weekly pay
n
- Casual roles with opportunities to transition into permanent positions
n

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES nn
- Installation of Duct Work, vents, grilles, and insulation according to blueprints and specifications
n
- Installation of Air Conditioning units for commercial sites
n
- Measure, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools
n
- Install spiral, square, and rectangular ducts in accordance with Australian Standards
n
- Ability to perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
n
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
n




- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
n

TICKETS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED nn
- Possess all mandatory industry licenses
n
- EWP, Working at Heights, Scissor Lift, Forklift tickets are advantageous but not required
n
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
- 1+ year of demonstrated commercial HVAC experience
n
- Have an ability to navigate, understand and troubleshoot an array of HVAC systems
