About you

You will be an experienced TA or recruitment professional. The role is an end-to-end, full‑cycle recruitment position with a focus on talent acquisition, with a strong emphasis on market intelligence, stakeholder collaboration and relationship building. Expectations include managing full‑cycle recruitment for a portfolio of roles, developing proactive talent pipelines and delivering a high‑quality candidate experience across all interactions.

Key responsibilities include:

- Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for priority and specialist roles across the business
- Proactive headhunting, networking and direct sourcing rather than reliance on advertising
- Market mapping and talent intelligence to support future workforce planning
- Build long‑term candidate relationships, not just transactional hires
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders to advise on role design, talent availability and hiring strategy
- Managing a lower volume of roles with a high level of candidate and stakeholder engagement
- Strengthening employer brand through candidate experience and market presence
- Leveraging ATS and recruitment systems to drive insight, reporting and process discipline

What you will be doing

- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment across the Utilities Network
- Proactively source and headhunt active and passive candidates
- Build strong talent pipelines for current and future vacancies
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Create engaging job advertisements across SEEK, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive recruitment experience
- Coordinate references, licences, tickets and pre‑employment requirements
- Maintain accurate recruitment activity within Employment Hero
- Provide leaders with regular updates on vacancies and candidate pipelines
- Support successful candidates through offer, onboarding, induction and commencement

Salary and benefits

Location

Brisbane branch, NSW and WA offices for hiring. The role requires an Australian work base, may include remote or hybrid depending on client preference.
