Tandem Partners is seeking a Senior People & Culture Coordinator (Service & Operations) to support day-to-day HR operations across a large, multi-site workforce in Australia and Recent Zealand.
Reporting to the Head of People Services and Operations, you will manage onboarding, offboarding, contracts and workforce variation documents, and maintain accurate employee records and data integrity while supporting compliance and the full employee lifecycle.
