About Us

Opened in November 2025, Jac & Jones Wines new Cellar Door is off-grid, sustainable serving up wines that are produced in very small batches.

Providores Kitchen joined us in January 2026 serving a fresh, local, seasonal menu.

Together we are looking for hospitality superstars to join our small team.

The Role

Each shift will be different - with work ranging from helping with food prep, taking customer orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, washing up and polishing glasses. We'll teach you about our wines, menus and our business helping us to grow and adding experience to your already awesome skillset.

We are initially looking for coverage on Saturdays but as we expand we envisage more hours on other days and evenings for events.

We're looking for someone who is:

- Excellent with customers – happy upbeat personality
- Willing to do a wide variety of tasks
- Self motivated, problem solver who thinks on their feet
- Current RSA and Food Handling Certificate - or willingness to obtain
- Competent with automated order management system & POS
