Ourwell-established client is looking for aPractice Manager/Client Service Managerto assist their Financial Planning team.

With over 15+ years operating within the financial planning industry, this team prides themselves on building long-term relationships with their clients to assist them in achieving their clients to reach their financial goals.

The Role

Reporting to theDirector, you will be responsible for managing the team and adding a positive vibe to the already successful business.

This role will require you to work as part of a small team, take ownership of your role and be exceptionally well organised. Youwill be responsible for making the Financial Planning team's life as easy as possible and quite simply...being their right hand.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Manage a competent team of Client Service Officers to ensure smooth running of the business both internal and external.
- Manage and co-ordinate Client Service team workflow
- Assist with Human Resource management of staff including recruitment
- Possibly have a compliance knowledge base to you that will allow you to confirm and check work on behalf of the business.




- Monitor diaries & movements to ensure no overlap of appointments of other commitments.
- Assist the Client Service team with implementation and work when required
- Other administration duties as required.

About You

To be considered for this role you will be currently working as aSenior Client Service Officer for at least the last3+ years within the Financial Planning industry.

To be successful in the role, you will also need to possess the following:

At least 2-4 years experience working within a Client Services capacity within the Financial Planning industry

Comprehensive and clearly demonstrated working knowledge of the financial advice process and procedures and portfolio implementation methodology and Self Managed Accounts.

Ability to perform repetitive and complex tasks accurately and within a timely manner.

Communication skills & commitment to performance excellence.

Ability to quickly learn the features & functionality of appropriate financial planning software & other business systems.

Self driven with the demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks and takes pride in producing work to the highest possible standards.

Excellent analytical, organisational, time managing and prioritising skills.

Excellent computer skills and valuable working knowledge of financial planning software and the Microsoft Office suite of products.
