Commercial Fit Out and Refurbishment | Up to $10M | Sydney, NSW

The Opportunity n

My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background delivering fit out and refurbishment projects across workplace, hospitality, and retail projects, to join a very well established team, made up of strong performers with very good tenure at the business. This is an opportunity for a proven construction professional to take ownership of projects from pre-construction through to completion, leading project teams, managing and developing key client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities n

n
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to $10M.
n
- Oversee project programming, budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
n
- Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and site teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
n
- Worked in tandem with an experienced CA.
n
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates.
n
- Identify and manage project risks, variations, delays and commercial opportunities.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, relevant building codes and company procedures.
n




- Lead project meetings and proactively resolve construction and delivery challenges.
n
- Drive a strong culture of accountability, quality, safety and continuous improvement.
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

n

n
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering relevant projects up to $10mil in value.
n
- Strong tenure and proven experience in previous roles.
n
- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
n
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining programme and quality expectations.
n
- A solid understanding of construction methodologies, contracts, procurement and WHS requirements.
n
- Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Building or a related discipline.
