As a senior host, you will steer breakfast, lunch and dinner service for up to 180 guests, including the intimate 18-seat Private Dining Room, while building a high-performing team and upholding a warm, hospitality-driven culture.
You will coach and mentor staff, balance labour with business needs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a quick-paced premium dining environment.
