Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour is seeking a Commis Chef to join the culinary team across Atelier, Club Millésime, Le Rivage, Breakfast, In-Room Dining, Esprit Noir and Champagne Bar. You will support preparation, cooking and presentation to Sofitel standards, maintaining a clean workstation and following HACCP guidelines.

You bring a Certificate in Commercial Cookery, previous kitchen experience, and a passion for food.
