Opal HealthCare is seeking a Care Manager to join Rutherford Park Care Community in Maitland. You will lead the clinical and care workforce to deliver protected, high‑quality, person‑centred care, in partnership with the General Manager and regional teams.

Reporting to the GM, you will balance clinical governance, workforce capability and operational performance, ensuring compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC requirements.
