Bellroy is looking for a dedicated CI Facilitator to keep improvement initiatives moving across the business. You will act as the connective tissue, coordinating projects from idea to implementation and ensuring momentum is maintained weekly.
You will work across Operations, Production, Finance, Sales and more, managing stakeholders with a focus on explicit communication and effective change management. Hybrid work is available.
