Director of Admissions

ANZUK Executive is pleased to be partnering with Redlands in the appointment of a Director of Admissions.

Redlands is a leading independent co-educational school renowned for academic excellence, innovation and a strong sense of community. Reporting to the Director of Community Engagement, this pivotal leadership role will oversee the School’s admissions strategy, enrolment growth and family engagement experience.

The successful candidate will lead the Admissions team and work closely with the Executive, Heads of School and Marketing & Communicationsteam to drive enrolment outcomes through a strategic, data-informed approach. The role is to commence inJanuary2027.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement admissions and enrolment strategies aligned to the School's Strategic Plan.
- Analyse enrolment, conversion and market data to inform decision-making and future growth.
- Lead the effective use of CRM and admissions systems to optimise processes and reporting.
- Deliver an exceptional experience for prospective families from enquiry through to commencement.
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Admissions team.
- Manage admissions events, school tours, open days and community engagement initiatives.
- Build relationships with key local and international stakeholders to strengthen enrolment pipelines.
- Build solid relationships with early learning centres, schools and community organisations to strengthen enrolment pathways.
- Work closely with Marketing and Communications to ensure admissions messaging and collateral remain contemporary and compelling.

About You

- A minimum of five years' leadership experience within admissions, enrolment management, education, customer engagement or a related field.




- Strong strategic planning and stakeholder management capability.
- Demonstrated success developing and executing strategic enrolment or growth plans.
- Advanced capability in analysing data, identifying trends and translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience using CRM systems to drive engagement and conversion outcomes.
- Proven experience leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of the NSW independent school sector and broader education landscape.
