About the role

- Lead a talented team of retail assistants

- Managing rosters and controlling wage expenditure

- Building genuine connections with customers and delivering next level service

- Sharing your styling expertise and bring out brand to life in store

- Creating beautiful, on-brand visual merchandising displays

- Coaching and developing the experienced tight knit team across sales and service

- Keeping the store looking sharp and running smoothly
