The financial controller of this agile and fast paced For Purpose NFP company is looking for a technical trained financial accountant with a passion for accounting standards.

The Role n

Do you smile, rub your hands together, put the kettle on and settle in to read the latest accounting standard updates and how they’ll affect your clients or current employers’ financials, balance sheet, P&L; and accounting treatments? Have you loved the audit training and now want to get out into the world to put into practice on the other side of the desk? Itching to get your head around them so you can present at the next accounting steering committee meeting on ways for the company or your clients to advance their positions based on sound and technically brilliant accounting knowledge? If this is you,

Key responsibilities of this role will centre around financial compliance reporting:

- Month end, quarter end and year-end financial compliance reporting
n
- Roll up of the financials across the group to present to financial controller and CFO for review
n
- Advisory on accounting treatments and technical accounting applications
n
- Subject matter expertise in financial reporting
n

Your Profile n

You are an experienced technical accountant with an audit background, CA/CPA or equivalent membership qualification and a passion for accounting standards for applying treatments to financial statements.
