JA Recruitment is partnering with an established Brisbane real estate agency to recruit an experienced Senior Property Manager for its Brisbane CBD office.

With the current Senior Property Manager retiring, you’ll receive a thorough handover and work alongside them to get to know the portfolio, clients and processes before taking over.

The role

Manage a mixed portfolio of approximately 150 properties from end to end, including leasing and inspections, using PropertyMe. The portfolio includes some high-end clients, with a strong focus on maintaining relationships and delivering professional service.

You’ll work alongside an experienced Team Leader and a wider team of Property Managers in a vibrant office, with the flexibility to work from home up to three days a week.

About you

You’re an experienced Property Manager who is confident managing a portfolio independently. You’re personable, professional and able to remain calm under pressure.

You’ll bring:

- Experience managing a residential portfolio from end to end
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Valuable organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
- A practical approach to resolving issues
- PropertyMe experience preferred
