Elements of Life Clinic is looking for a motivated, caring and qualified AHPRA-registered Chinese Medicine Practitioner / Acupuncturist to join our growing team in Mount Waverley, Melbourne.

About the Role n

This part-time employee position combines clinical practice with general clinic administration and operational support.

n

Availability: Monday, Wednesday and Friday are essential. Saturday or Sunday availability would be desirable and can be discussed with the successful applicant.

n

Salary: $68,100-$82,000 per annum FTE + superannuation.

Key Responsibilities n

- n

Conduct Chinese medicine consultations and patient assessments.

n
- n

Provide acupuncture and personalised treatment plans.

n
- n

Prescribe Chinese herbal medicine where appropriate and within your scope of practice.

n
- n

Provide dietary and lifestyle advice.

n
- n

Perform cupping and other adjunct therapies where appropriate and within your scope of practice.

n
- n

Maintain accurate clinical notes and patient records.

n
- n

Deliver professional, compassionate and patient-centred care.

n
- n

Assist with phone enquiries, emails and appointment bookings.

- n

Manage appointments and patient records using Cliniko.

n
- n

Process payments and health fund claims using HICAPS and EFTPOS.

n
- n

Assist with stock management, ordering and herbal dispensary duties.

n
- n

Prepare and restock treatment rooms.

n
- n

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinic.

n
- n

Assist with general administrative and operational tasks.

n

n

During rostered working hours when you do not have patient appointments, you will assist with general clinic administration and operational duties while building your patient caseload. When appointments are booked, your priority will be clinical work and patient care.

About You n

Current AHPRA registration as a Chinese Medicine Practitioner / Acupuncturist

n
- n

Current Skilled indemnity and public liability insurance.

n
- n

Victorian Working with Children Check (Employee), or willingness to obtain one if required by the clinic.

n
- n

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

n
- n

Passionate about Chinese medicine and patient care.

n
- n

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

n
- n

Initiative and willingness to contribute to clinical and administrative duties.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
