1300SMILES Springfield Lakes is looking for a Dental Assistant / Receptionist to join our team! This is a great chance for someone who enjoys a mix of clinical assisting and front-desk responsibilities, with the flexibility of working 2–3 days per week.

Job Description

n

You’ll play an important role in helping our practice run smoothly and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and cared for.

n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Preparing treatment rooms and maintaining high sterilisation standards.
n
- Greeting patients and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
n
- Managing appointments, answering calls and assisting with patient enquiries.
n
- Supporting reception duties, including payments and patient records.
n
- Working closely with the team to deliver a positive patient experience.
n

Qualifications

You’re approachable, dependable and enjoy being part of a team.



You understand the importance of great patient care and are happy to jump in wherever needed.

Ideally, you will have:

n

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
n
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
n
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- The ability to work in a busy practice while managing competing priorities.
n
- Availability to work 2–3 days per week.
n
