Explore and Develop King Street is seeking a Full time Educational Leader/Co-Lead for the Toddler Room to support pedagogy, practice and continuous improvement. The role combines 3 days on the floor with the Toddler Room team and 2 days off the floor in a leadership capacity.
You will work closely with the Centre Manager, Pedagogy Leader and leadership team to maintain exemplary practice and foster collaboration, reflection and professional growth.
