Boronia Aged Care seeks a confident Clinical Manager to lead from the front and support clinical teams at our Melbourne home. You will mentor nurses and care staff, shape clinical practice, and ensure residents receive person-centred care with visible floor leadership.
This is a full-time, on-site role with a defined 7-month contract (Oct 2026–Apr 2027) and a supportive leadership team. Five weeks annual leave pro‑rata and a team-oriented work environment are offered.
