Service Delivery Mowing & Gardening, Cleaning & Hygiene Team Member n

The team member will assist a team leader with completing the day's work, servicing predominately Strata, Commercial, Social Housing and Veteran customers in the Hunter Valley / Newcastle areas. Education and training will be provided for the right Team Member so that they can grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

n

Internal vacuuming, mopping and hygiene works

n

Mowing, hedging, weeding, whipper snipping and weed control

n

Pressure cleaning, single story ground-based gutter and window cleaning

n

Meeting your team leader each morning on time, ready to do a day's work

n

About you

n

Experience with equipment such as mowers, whipper snippers, hedge trimmers and blowers

n

A passion for gardening and grounds/property upkeep

n

Growth mindset

n

Strong communication skills with your Team Leader and the ability to work cooperatively in a team environment

n

Great work ethic with self-motivation and reliability

n

Physical fitness sufficient to undertake the responsibilities required

n





The ability to follow procedures and work programs as directed

n

A proven commitment to safety in the workplace

n

A strong sense of responsibility and be able to demonstrate initiative

n

An enthusiastic and positive approach to all duties

n

The ability to work in an outdoor environment where weather conditions can be unfavourable at times

n

Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others

n

Construction Induction Card (white card)

n

Desirable: Ride-on mowers, Cleaning chemical handling, Detailed hedging, Horticultural certification
