The team focuses on building long-term partnerships, expanding customer value, and enabling business success through cloud and software solutions.

As a Account Manager NSW - SMB/Midmarket, you will manage and grow a portfolio of customers by building trusted relationships, driving recurring revenue, and identifying opportunities for expansion. You will combine strong account management capability with a proactive sales mindset to deliver consistent revenue growth and a high-quality customer experience.





Key responsibilities:

- Drive current business acquisition across the SMB and midmarket segment, while managing a small portfolio of existing customers to support retention and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact across your accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to customer priorities, identifying opportunities for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Drive new business growth within the assigned segment, including expansion into existing accounts and acquisition of new customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales specialists, services, customer success, and operations) to ensure successful delivery of solutions and outcomes.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and provide accurate forecasts, tracking performance metrics and taking timely action to drive results.
