We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supervisor to join our project delivery team in Gilgandra, NSW.

This opportunity would suit a hands‑on construction professional who is comfortable leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, managing daily site activities and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Supervise day‑to‑day site construction activities and work crews
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, plant and site resources
- Drive safety, quality and environmental compliance across the project
- Monitor progress against programme and project milestones
- Conduct pre‑starts, toolbox talks and site inspections




- Resolve on‑site construction issues and maintain site records
- Liaise with project managers, clients and key stakeholders

About You:

- Previous experience as a Supervisor, Foreman or Leading Hand within civil construction
- Proven ability to lead site crews and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and site safety requirements
- Ability to interpret drawings and project specifications
- Sound organisational, communication and problem‑solving skills
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence
- Relevant civil construction or trade qualifications highly regarded
