Corporate Sales - Team Sessions and Events
You'll own B2B team-day and event sales from lead generation to booking confirmation. This is a casual role working two 4-hour days a week from our South Melbourne venue, spread across the week (e.g. Tuesdays and Thursdays).
Key responsibilities
Find and approach the right people in Melbourne businesses: People & Culture leads, executive assistants, office and team managers
Run discovery conversations and build proposals that fit what each team actually needs
Follow up, negotiate and close
Work with our venue team so every booking is delivered at the standard we're known for
Keep your pipeline up to date so we both know where every prospect stands
About you
A track record in B2B sales, ideally corporate events, hospitality, venues or wellbeing
Confidence picking up the phone and starting conversations with people you don't know yet
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
The discipline and organisational skills to run your own pipeline with limited hours
Genuine interest in wellbeing, without it turning into wellness-speak in front of clients
