n A leading Design and Construction company, specialising in the development and redevelopment of Commercial, Retail, Food, Heath and Education projects is on the lookout for a recent Estimator to join the team.

n

Projects typically include Commercial New Builds, Refurbishments and Fitout of projects across greater QLD & NSW.

n

We are looking for a Estimator with Commercial project experience.

- Office is located in the Hills District.

Responsibilities nn
- Work closely with the project managers in reviewing project scopes and maintaining budget guidelines.
n
- Report to Operations Manager / Estimating Manager.
n
- Attend project sites and interpret scope of works.




n
- Build new relationships and utilise your existing relationships with sub contractors & suppliers.
n
- Create pricing schedules and BOQ's.
n
- Produce & Maintain accurate project records and reports.
n

Experience and qualifications nn
- Relevant qualifications.
n
- Can demonstrate clear communication
n
- Have experience in preparing comprehensive cost estimates in commercial construction.
n
- Have experience in tender submission; start to finish.
n
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
n

Salary Range: $100K - $130K + super
