Jumping Jacks Community Preschool – New Lambton NSW
We are looking for qualified and driven Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our team on a casual/relief basis. This is a role focused on working directly with the children, delivering high-quality education and care for children aged three to five years.
Key responsibilities
Plan and implement learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard as part of a team of educators.
Support children's independence and right to feel safe and heard. Building genuine partnerships with families.
Maintain accurate attendance records, incident reports, observations and learning documentation.
Contribute to the ongoing development and evaluation of the educational program as well as contributing to our ongoing Self Assessment & Quality Improvement Plan.
Work collaboratively within the team, participating in planning sessions and critical reflection.
Follow all service policies and procedures, including health, hygiene and safety protocols and child protection.
Maintain all Professional Development and Child safety requirements including the Mandatory Child Safe Training available since 27th February 2026
About you
ECT, Diploma or Certificate III ACECQA-approved.
Current Working With Children Check
Mandatory Child Safe Training (available since 27th February 2026)
Up to date Child Protection refresher training.
Current First Aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management qualifications.
Sound understanding of the EYLF, National Quality Standards and National Regulations and Child Secure Standards.
Satisfactory National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
Min 2 Work related references who can attest to your aptitude to working directly with children in an Early Childhood setting.

We are licensed for 40 children aged 3-5 years per day and hold an "Exceeding National Quality Standard" rating.
