Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead the property’s boutique hotel dining and events operations, including conferencing, weddings, restaurant dining, cellar door experiences and in-room guest service.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive revenue, oversee labour costs, stock control, and guest service delivery while building a high-performing team and a culture of excellence across outlets.
