Pick Packers - Multiple Positions Available

The Role…

In a typical Pick Packing position with National Workforce, you will be responsible for:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Using RF scanners and warehouse technology to pick, scan and process stock.
- Meeting daily KPIs and productivity targets.
- Packing products securely and preparing orders for dispatch.
- Sorting, organising and replenishing stock.
- Conducting quality checks to ensure order accuracy and product condition.
- Processing returned goods using client-specific computer systems.
- Completing manual handling tasks,



including lifting up to 20kg as required.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
- Following workplace health and safety procedures.

To be successful for a Pick Packing position with National Workforce you must:

- A minimum of 6 months' experience in pick packing or a similar warehouse role.
- Previous experience using RF scanners.
- A strong understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to work towards KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- A reliable attitude and solid work ethic.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
