Ofload is hiring a Strategy Manager to work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team on high-stakes strategic initiatives, including active M&A; workstreams and fundraising prep. You will own end-to-end workstreams, surface risks early, and align stakeholders while contributing to culture and cross-functional collaboration.
You will build financial models and business cases, coordinate with external advisors, and ensure materials are decision-ready for leadership reviews.
