Ofload is scaling rapidly and seeks a Strategy Manager to work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team on high-stakes projects, M&A; workstreams, and the operating rhythm that drives the business. You will own end-to-end workstreams, surface risks early, and ensure critical decisions are made efficiently.
