The Opportunity n

Reporting to the Head of Credit you’ll play a key role in assessing deals, managing risk, and supporting solid customer outcomes.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing credit team where speed, accuracy, and sound judgement are everything.

What You’ll Be Doing n

- Assess and recommend credit applications within policy and DLA
n
- Approve deals within delegation and escatable where required
n
- Manage turnaround times and consistently hit SLAs
n
- Work closely with sales/brokers/introducers on deal flow and queries
n




- Support ongoing improvements to credit processes and systems
n
- Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless customer outcomes
n

- Experience in credit assessment (commercial lending, asset finance or banking)

- Strong understanding of credit risk and lending frameworks

- Ability to handle high volumes without compromising quality
