Australian Workforce is seeking an experienced Skilled Labourer / Handyman All-Rounder to join a small, supportive team working across a variety of domestic and commercial projects located in Narre Warren North.

This is a diverse, hands-on role involving general maintenance, property repairs, improvements and larger project works. If you enjoy practical work, solving problems and taking pride in a job well done, we'd like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities nn
- Carry out general property maintenance and repairs
n
- Assist with domestic and commercial property upgrades
n
- Support larger construction and improvement projects
n
- Complete installation, assembly and modification tasks
n
- Safely operate power tools,



including drills and impact drivers
n
- Use hand tools for measuring, fitting and general repairs
n
- Perform general construction and skilled labouring duties
n
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently
n
- Maintain safe working practices and high-quality workmanship
n

About You n

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in handyman work, property maintenance, construction or skilled labouring
n
- Confidence using power tools, drills, impact drivers and hand tools
n
- Solid practical skills and a problem-solving mindset
n
- Ability to complete a variety of hands-on tasks
n
- Reliability, punctuality and a strong work ethic
n
- Good communication and teamwork skills
n
- Attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
n
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
n

A formal trade qualification is not essential. We value practical experience, reliability and a willingness to get the job done.
