WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a dedicated Family Liaison Officer to support families after work‑related incidents or fatalities. You will deliver trauma‑informed case management and coordinate information, referrals, and advocacy with investigators, prosecutors, and service providers.
You will collaborate across units to develop policies and programs, maintain ongoing contact with families, and travel regionally as needed to attend court and provide continuing support.
