What You’ll Be Doing (and Loving!):

- Guide pet parents through care and claims with empathy and expertise

- Review vet notes and make confident, compassionate decisions
n
- Handle emails and calls with warmth—keeping tails wagging and things running smoothly
n
- Collaborate with fellow animal lovers in a supportive, fun team
n
- Enjoy a balanced Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm) —no weekends, no late nights!
n
- 3 weeks paid training to set you up for success
n
- Ongoing coaching and career development
n
- Vet Nurse or Practice Manager qualifications
n
- Hands-on clinic experience
n
- A calm, caring approach and excellent communication skills
