This is an excellent prospect for someone who enjoys technology, problem-solving and taking ownership of a company's IT systems. You will manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, support business systems, and drive technology improvements across a rapidly expanding organisation.

Key responsibilities

Manage and maintain office computers, laptops, printers, networking equipment and IT infrastructure

Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across multiple offices

Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, email accounts and user access

Maintain office Wi-Fi, network security, VPN and remote access systems

Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues

Maintain and support the company's CRM and internal business management platforms

Assist with system integration, workflow automation and operational efficiency

Manage user permissions, system access and data security

Liaise with external software providers and developers to resolve technical issues

Support company websites, hosting, domains and business email systems

About you

At least 2–3 years of experience in IT support,



systems administration or a similar role

Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and business networking

Familiar with CRM systems, cloud applications and website administration

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Can work independently and take ownership of IT-related matters

Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues

Organised, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-growing business
