With a diverse pipeline spanning building remediation, residential developments, affordable housing and commercial projects, this role offers the variety and responsibility to develop your skills across multiple sectors.

You’ll initially take ownership of building remediation projects, working directly with clients, consultants and contractors to drive outcomes from planning through to delivery. Alongside this, you’ll gain exposure to a broader portfolio of projects, including opportunities to support experienced Project Managers on larger and more complex developments.

The Role

You’ll take an active role in delivering projects while developing the commercial, technical and stakeholder management skills needed to progress into senior leadership.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing building remediation projects from initial planning through to completion.




- Acting as the client’s representative and protecting their interests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinating consultants, contractors and key stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
- Managing project budgets, programmes, procurement, contracts and documentation.
- Monitoring project risks, variations, costs and delivery performance.
- Supporting senior Project Managers across a diverse portfolio of projects.
- Contributing to the delivery of residential, affordable housing and larger-scale commercial residential developments as project opportunities arise.
- Building trusted relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and other project partners.

You’ll have meaningful responsibility from the outset, with the support of experienced professionals around you as you continue to grow.

About You

We’re looking for a capable Project Manager who wants to take ownership, build on their existing experience and progress towards a Senior PM position.

You will ideally bring:

- Proven experience managing construction or property projects.
- A solid understanding of project delivery, budgets, programmes and contracts.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to make considered project decisions.
- Experience coordinating consultants, contractors and multiple stakeholders.




- Clear communication skills and the confidence to manage client relationships.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to solve problems independently.
- The ambition to develop your skills and progress into a more senior role.

Building remediation experience will be highly regarded, but it isn’t the only background we’ll consider.
