Looking for Your Next Driving Opportunity?

Are you a reliable, hardworking MR driver who enjoys being out on the road and interacting with customers?

Speed Gas is looking for a motivated MR Driver to join our Brookvale team, delivering gas cylinders to customers across Sydney and the Northern Beaches.

Whether you're an experienced driver or have recently obtained your MR licence, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

About Speed Gas

Speed Gas is a proudly Australian-owned company that has been supplying LPG and industrial gases to businesses across Australia for more than 25 years.

Our extensive and continually expanding product range includes LPG, Argon, Argon Mixes, Oxygen, Nitrogen, Carbon Dioxide and other industrial gases.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for reliable people who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive team.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on delivery role combining driving, manual handling and customer service. You'll start and finish each day at our Brookvale depot, delivering gas cylinders to hospitality and industrial customers throughout the Northern Beaches and greater Sydney.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Safely delivering gas cylinders to customers across your allocated runs
- Manually loading and unloading cylinders weighing up to 25kg

- Completing delivery paperwork accurately
- Communicating with office staff regarding deliveries and any issues throughout the day
- Providing friendly, professional customer service
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a commitment to safety. Previous delivery driving experience is welcome, but newly licensed MR drivers are encouraged to apply.

You’ll have:

- A current MR driver's licence
- The physical fitness to undertake regular manual handling
- A reliable, punctual and professional approach to work
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Current Australian work authorisation

A forklift licence or Dangerous Goods (DG) licence would be an advantage, but neither is essential.

What Speed Gas Offers

- Full‑time, Monday to Friday employment
- Paid overtime
- Additional allowances applicable to certain delivery runs
- Brookvale depot start and finish
- Comprehensive training before working independently
- A supportive and experienced team environment
- Regular team social events
- Access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

At Speed Gas, safety is at the core of everything we do. You'll receive thorough training and work alongside an experienced team committed to doing things safely and professionally.

If you're looking for a stable, hands‑on driving role with a growing Australian business, we'd love to hear from you.
