Ampersand is expanding its Business Development team in Australia. This high-impact BD Manager role partners with senior stakeholders to grow client relationships, identify opportunities, and raise the Real Estate practice profile across Brisbane and APAC.
You will shape strategy, drive cross-selling, and mentor junior colleagues. You'll work with senior partners and practice leaders to translate opportunities into growth, while engaging with regional and global initiatives and delivering
