Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist - Fixed Term Contract

As the Workforce Management (WFM) Optimization Specialist, you will be central to Richemont Australia's critical project to enhance and optimize its Kronos system.

This fixed-term role (in place through to the end of March)



is responsible for implementing key improvements, reconfiguring the system, and establishing essential documentation and training frameworks. Your expertise will directly ensure robust operational processes, superior data quality, and solid internal capability, proactively strengthen our compliance framework and streamline operations for sustained WFM excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct comprehensive system analysis of Workforce Management (WFM) configurations and identifying root causes for system concerns.
