Job Description
REFOCUS is seeking a Kinship Finding Practitioner (Connecting Kin) to join our Kinship Services team. You will identify relatives and engage potential carers to maintain family, cultural, and community connections for children in out-of-home care.

You will work collaboratively with Kinship Assessment Practitioners and Foster Care Recruitment Practitioners to explore placement opportunities in a timely, child-centered manner, while upholding cultural safety and the Aboriginal and Torres Strait
