We are actively seeking dedicated Baler Operators to join our Recycling and Waste Management team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities: n

n
- Operate the baler and wrapping line to ensure safe, productive and continuous processing of finished
n product (PEF).
n
- Monitor and maintain consistent material flow through the baler, wrapper and associated feed
n systems to support production targets.
n
- Coordinate the safe loading of finished baled product into shipping containers and manage product
n storage within designated warehouse areas.
n




- Ensure all heavy vehicles and containers are loaded in accordance with mass limits and site
n requirements.
n
- Identify and report equipment faults, process issues or safety concerns to the Operations
n Supervisor or Maintenance team.
n

What You Bring to the Team: nn
- Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights.
n
- Prior experience in a Similar role.
n
- Must have reliable transport.
n
- High Risk Work License - Class LF
n
- Ability to pass pre employment medical & drug and alcohol test.
n
- A can-do attitude with a willingness to engage in physically demanding tasks when necessary.
n
- Professionalism and a commitment to team collaboration and workplace safety.
