Job Description

CDC Data Centres in Sydney, Australia, is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager who loves building relationships and helping customers succeed. You will own the customer lifecycle and ensure a seamless, positive experience across operations, delivery and commercial teams.

Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will partner with in office teams, coordinate quarterly business reviews, manage contracts and KPIs, and drive initiatives that improve satisfaction and retention.
