What you’ll be doing:

- Build, maintain and improve secure Windows 10/11 and Windows Server SOEs across production and test environments.
- Manage operating system imaging, configuration, patching, application deployment and endpoint compliance through SCCM/MECM.
- Package, test and release Microsoft 365, Adobe Reader and bespoke applications for secure enterprise use.
- Troubleshoot complex SOE and application issues, document solutions and collaborate with infrastructure, security and support teams.

What we’re looking for:

- Australian Citizenship and an active NV1 or NV2 Australian Government security clearance.
- A strong background in enterprise endpoint engineering, with the judgement to work effectively in secure, complex and highly controlled environments.
- A methodical approach to diagnosing problems, assessing risk and delivering practical, supportable solutions.
- Clear technical documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work across engineering, security and support teams.
- For senior-level opportunities, the ability to lead complex work, set technical direction and improve engineering standards.
