SunRise Kids Early Education and Care – Kallangur QLD

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Diploma Educator to join our Kallangur team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young children in their learning, development, and daily routines in a warm and nurturing environment.

About the Role

As an Educator, you will work alongside experienced Educators to create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children. You will support the centre with implementing programs and help foster each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the preparation and delivery of daily learning activities
- Support children’s learning through play and guided experiences
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised environments
- Assist with mealtimes, rest times, and daily routines
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Follow centre policies, procedures, and health & safety guidelines




- Be a Response Person in Charge on open or close shifts

About You

- Inspired about working with young children
- Warm, patient, and nurturing personality
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Diploma of Early Education and Care (Preferred) or Studying towards Diploma
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- National Child Safety Training Certificates (Geccko)
- First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQF) (desirable)
