The Chance

We’re urgently looking for DisabilityCommunity Support Workers living in Woy Woy and surrounding areas in NSW, Central Coastarea. In this rewarding role, you’ll support clients to live safely and independently in their own homes—while staying connected to their community.

Experience & Skills Required

- Personal care experienced
- Manual handling experienced
- Hoist trained and experienced
- Social support and community access

What You’ll Be Doing

- Providing social support, companionship, and meaningful engagement
- Assisting with transport and social support
- Delivering personal care with dignity, respect, and compassion
- Supporting with domestic tasks and household duties
- Assisting with meal preparation
- Hoist assisting and transferring client
- Helping maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment

What You’ll Get

- Ongoing support from experienced mentors and team leaders
- Paid induction and continuous training




- Regular weekday roster (Monday to Friday)
- Minimum 3-4 days availability required
- Morning & Night shifts

What We’re Looking For

- Caring, empathetic, and reliable individual
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Cert III/IV in Aged Care, Disability, Community (or studying Nursing – highly regarded)
- Disability/Aged Care experience
- Driver’s licence + reliable insured vehicle (essential)
- Current checks (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Police Check, NDIS, WWCC
