As Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the end-to-end delivery of technology, business process, and operational improvement initiatives across the Pacific region. This hands‑on role owns project planning, execution, governance, stakeholder engagement, testing, implementation, change management, and operational handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, clients, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver solutions that are successfully adopted and create lasting business value.

What will you be doing?

- Lead assigned projects from initiation and planning through implementation, operational handover, and post‑implementation support.
- Develop and manage project scope, plans, timelines, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Coordinate delivery across business, technology, vendor, client, and third‑party teams, ensuring requirements are understood and delivered within agreed scope.
- Manage testing, defect resolution, data migration validation, business readiness, deployment, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare activities.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, project governance, change management, communications, training, and adoption activities.
- Manage vendor delivery performance, contractual outcomes,



risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain high‑quality project documentation and identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, workflows, quality, and operational outcomes.

You will need the following experience and qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience delivering business and technology projects from initiation through implementation and operational handover.
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project delivery approaches, with experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, risks, and stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating testing, deployment, business readiness, change management, training, and implementation activities.
- Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, problem‑solving, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience in insurance, particularly insurance broking, as well as software implementation, systems integration, data migration, and business process improvement will be highly regarded.
