Streem is hiring a Customer Support skilled in a full-time, daytime, Monday-to-Friday role. You will help clients maximise Streem’s real-time media intelligence platform, including briefs setup, data handling and reporting tasks, in a fast-paced media environment.
You’ll engage with customers via phone, email and live chat, learn new systems and tools, and collaborate with Account Management and Operations to improve the platform and client experience.
